SELF RULE SOON

Barotseland is a real Country that can never be ignored, the German, the French, the British, the Portuguese, the Spanish, the Italian and indeed the Belgians know about it, these are the ones who drew up the map of Africa in 1890s. The people of Barotseland are the Barotzish, they have a homogeneity and a special history; and they were not conquered.

As an organic Nation, Barotseland has one lingua franca {common language} like Japan, Germany, France, Spain, India, Britain or China.

The person who wrote this letter is highly qualified and intelligent because the letter is very complete taking in consideration all the legal aspects necessary to put our case where it supposed to be.

I therefore, consumate him to lead the transitional government without any reservations.
