Royal Barotseland
05th October, 2012,
To all Football Club Managers,
Royal Barotseland
REF: SUBMISSION OF FOOTBALL CLUB PARTICULARS
The Barotseland Football Federation National Office would like to inform all football clubs both registered and unregistered in Royal Barotseland to start submitting club particulars to the National Office. This exercise will enable us to know the number of clubs in all the regions in the Royal Barotseland Nation before Barotse Football League Fixture is drawn or introduced. Submissions will commence on 15th October and end on 21st December, 2012.
As you aware on 27th March, 2012 people of Barotseland accepted the abrogation and nullification of the Barotseland Agreement of 1964 by Northern Rhodesia (Western Nyasa) which means, Barotseland and Western Nyasa were separate and independent entities and now the two have reverted to their original statuses. As a Nation, it is paramount to form a football federation which will be in-charge of football activities in Royal Barotseland and represent the country at international level like any other country in the world. By failing to take this notification seriously, your club shall be left out of the 2013/2014 league fixture.
Your understanding and cooperation in this matter will be highly appreciated.
Meanwhile, we wish to inform all concerned stakeholders that selection and composition of the Barotseland National Football team, under the name of "The Black Bulls of Barotseland" and whose official logo is here below displayed, has commenced.

Yours faithfully,
Royd Lukonga
National Sports Coordinator
Barotseland Football Federation
